Blaauw and Associates is a legal practice located in Elukwatini, Mpumalanga with extensive experience in the legal industry. We accept instructions throughout South Africa. Blaauw and Associates was founded in February 2024 by Aubrey Blaauw, a South African trained, admitted, and practicing attorney. A new age attorney's practice holding old fashioned values.  Our focus is on High/Magistrates Court litigation however we do accept CCMA/Labour Court and Land Claims Court instructions.  We also offer training to trade union representatives on all aspects of inter alia Collective Bargaining; Disciplinary Processes; and Registration of Trade Unions with the Department of Labour. As a legal practice, we will be dealing with all aspects pertaining to the debt collection process, albeit normal collections, service level agreement matters, debt review, and debt administration.  We are particularly focused on assisting clients whose main concerns are overcharging on Emolument Attachment Orders and/or Administration Orders.
